About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Sales Closer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conducting demo calls with potential clients who have expressed interest in the CoatingLaunch System. The primary objective of the role is to effectively sell our system, which includes a $1,000 onboarding fee and a weekly subscription of $299, to concrete coating businesses looking to grow and expand their operations.

Requirements:

  • Must have done sales for inside sales via zoom or online sales
  • Have sold high ticket coaching services / program

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demo calls with potential clients who have scheduled appointments on their calendar.
  • You will have 3-5 demo calls per day on your calendar.
  • Present the features, benefits, and value proposition of the CoatingLaunch System in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by potential clients and overcome objections to close sales.
  • Utilize Zoom or other virtual platforms to conduct demo calls and meetings with clients.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the concrete coating industry or related fields is advantageous but not required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Monthly Sales Quota Achievement *20 closes per month
  • Conversion Rate from Demo Calls to Sales *higher than 30%

Compensation:

Entry - Mid Level: $500/deal closed *paid the following FridayExpected Pay: $8k to $10k/mo
